Refund Policy

1. Overview
Tide offers subscriptions via two payment methods: credit card / PayPal (powered by Paddle) and cryptocurrency (powered by NOWPayments). Refund eligibility depends on your payment method.
2. Credit Card & PayPal Payments (Paddle)
Payments processed through Paddle are subject to Paddle's standard refund policy:
- Refund window: You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.
- How to request: Contact us at tidebotbusiness@agentmail.to with your payment confirmation email or Paddle order reference.
- What's refunded: The full amount of your most recent payment. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Recurring subscriptions: If you cancel a recurring subscription, no further charges will be made. You retain access to Pro/Server features until the end of your current billing period. Past billing periods are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your Tide subscription and account access.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments (NOWPayments)
Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the network, it cannot be reversed or refunded. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
If you experience issues with your cryptocurrency payment (e.g., payment confirmed but subscription not activated), please contact us at tidebotbusiness@agentmail.to and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
4. General Conditions
- Account access: If a refund is granted, your Tide subscription will be downgraded to the Free tier and you will lose access to Pro/Server features immediately.
- Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g., repeated refund requests after re-subscribing).
- Exceptions: In rare cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund regardless of payment method or time elapsed.
